TERMS & HOW TO ORDER
If you are a business, bookseller, or retailer looking to buy our books, please note our terms:
10 units or $150.00 (retail value) minimum requirement to qualify for discount. POs of $400.00 (gross value) or more qualify for free freight, including associated backorders. We have a backorder minimum of 5 copies. Our return policy can be found here.
To order, you can:
- Call 437-770-9171 (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST)
- Send your PO via email to books[@]iguttaq.com
- Submit your PO to your local sales representative
We also accept orders via EDI. SAN #8102775.
If you are an individual looking to buy our books, please place your order through our web store or consider shopping at your local bookstore.
NEW ACCOUNTS
First orders for new accounts must be prepaid. If you would like to apply for terms, please complete our credit application form and send it to books[@]iguttaq.com. If you have any questions, please contact our team or your local sales representative.

U.S. orders: Please note that tracking is not available for the Canada Post small packet USA air shipping option. We are unable to track these shipments or provide status updates on them after they leave our warehouse. If you require tracking, please select either the Canada Post expedited parcel or Xpresspost option.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. All sales are in Canadian dollars.
REFUND POLICY
To start a return, you can contact us at books@iguttaq.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
